Information Services HELP Desk


Information Services HELP Desk Mission

The Information Services HELP Desk will support the Information Services departmental mission by providing software, hardware, and technical support and expertise to the UCM community. We are dedicated to providing support that is courteous, timely, and accurate.

Important Note

If you are a student located in the residence halls, you will need to register your computer before you are able to be connected to the UCM network and Internet.  Students can register their computer at http://netreg.ucmo.edu.

24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year

What is The Network Status Message?

The status of UCM systems is posted by the Information Services HELP Desk staff when there is a confirmed network or server outage that affects multiple users.  The message is updated as new information becomes available and can be checked by calling 660-543-4357, option 1 or by visiting http://ucmsystemstatus.ucmo.edu.
