The Writing Center . . .
- has Dell PCs with the Microsoft Office 2007 suite which includes Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- offers coffee, tea, and hot chocolate, made with purified water.
- provides the Grammar Hotline (660-543-4367) for on-the-spot solutions to grammatical conundrums.
- has, depending on the holiday, treats on store, so help yourself.
- by the way, still offers good old-fashioned one-on-one writing instruction.
NOTE: Students who successfully complete AE 2830, Peer Tutoring in the Writing Center, are eligible for employment in the Center as writing tutors--call 660-543-4367 for more information.

News: The Writing Center is open from 8 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday, in Humphreys 116. For assistance during the evening hours, visit one of our satellites from 7pm to 9pm, Monday through Thursday: The Mule Pen is located in the lower level of Houts Hosey, and the Draft Mule is located in Ellis 109.
