Transfer Credit Evaluation
Use this form to request courses be evaluated for articulation to UCM courses. Courses eligible for possible articulation show up on the Central Degree Audit with the prefix "ELCT." Most courses can be evaluated without any additional information from the student besides this form.

Articulation requests to courses with the following UCM prefixes will always require a syllabus: Biology (BIOL), Chemistry (CHEM), Computer Information Systems (CIS), all Communication courses except COMM 1050 Oral Communication and COMM 1000 Public Speaking (COMM), Communication Disorders (CD), Educational Foundations and Literacy (EDFL), Field Experience (FLDX), Geography (GEOG), Physics (PHYS), and Social Work (SOWK). Electronic copies of syllabi should be submitted to articulation@ucmo.edu. The evaluation process will not advance until a syllabus is received.

Also known as your "700 number." Students who have a 700 number should provide it. Doing so will ensure that any course equivalency approval is applied on your record. The 700# is e-mailed to newly admitted students one day after admission. If you don't know your 700#, contact the Technology Support Center at 660-543-4357
