MULES TRIP TO HOUSTON, TEXAS (FEBRUARY
2-5, 2006)
Mules baseball traveled to Houston, Tex., to open the 2006 season
at Reckling Park on the Rice University campus.
The trip started with a visit to Eagle Global Logistics (EGL, Inc.), the
company founded by former Mules pitcher Jim Crane, who currently serves as
Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board. Crane was
responsible for making the trip possible, and it included games against
St. Edwards (Texas) and Division I powerhouse Rice University.
