Warrensburg, Mo. (Nov. 18, 1998) -- Central Missouri State has announced the signing of Paul Howey and Brandon Pugh to letters-of-intent for the 1999-2000 school year during the NCAA's early signing period that concluded on Nov. 18. Howey is a catcher from Warrensburg (Mo.) High School and Pugh is a catcher from Odessa (Mo.) High School.
