The Jens opened the second stanza the same way they closed the first by scoring 19 consecutive points over the first six-plus minutes, capped by a Vincent lay-up to grab their largest lead at 50-30. NSU would fight back cutting the lead to eight with 5:39 remaining, but could get no closer as Central Missouri closed the game with nine of the final 11 points. After being out rebounded by their hosts in the first half, the Jennies turned the tables in the second frame by holding a 27-15 edge on the glass.
Battle recorded her second double-double of the week with 18 points and 10 rebounds to lead four Jennies in double figures. Maple and Meagan Fromm had 14 apiece while Jones finished with 10.
