Warrensburg, Mo. (Mar. 7, 2000) - Fans wanting to purchase tickets in advance for the NCAA Division II Women's Basketball South Central Regional Tournament in Emporia, Kan., this weekend (Mar. 10-12) can reserve tickets at the Central Missouri State University Multipurpose Building Ticket Office. The fifth-seeded CMSU Jennies (22-6) will play fourth-seeded Missouri Western State College (21-8) Friday at 9 p.m. in a first-round game at Emporia's White Auditorium.

A reserved-seat tournament pass good for all games is $20. Single-game ticket prices are $6 for adults and $3 for students. Fans have until noon Thursday to reserve tickets at the Multipurpose Building Ticket Office. The actual game tickets can be picked up at White Auditorium. The Ticket Office is located in Room 101 of the Multipurpose Building and is open daily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Persons needing more information can call the ticket office at (660) 543-4063. Tickets also can be purchased at the door at White Auditorium.

The opening game at 7 p.m. Friday will match sixth-seeded Southwest Baptist University against third-seeded West Texas A&M University. If the Jennies win their game on Friday, they would play top-seeded and host Emporia State University Saturday at 9 p.m. Second-seeded Texas A&M University-Kingsville will play the Southwest Baptist-West Texas A&M winner at 7 p.m. Saturday. The championship game is Sunday at 6 p.m.
