Ivan Varbanov took first place in both the Triple Jump and High Jump events to help the Mules win the Men's title at the MIAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships.  The Mules also used scoring depth in several events to defend their title.

Kristen Anderson (above) led the Jennies to a second place in the Women's division by winning three events.  Anderson set a new MIAA record in winning the 3000 Meter Steeplechase (10:53.70), and she also capture the 3000 Meter and the 5000 Meter Run. 
 
Denise Sandbothe (left) took first in the Pole Vault, establishing a new MIAA record (11' 7").


Jennifer Drum also finished first for the Jennies in the High Jump, and Lori Pitz won the Heptathlon.

Mules finish second to host Missouri Southern by one point in their bid to repeat as Men's Indoor Champions at the MIAA Indoor Track & Field Championships.  The Jennies take fourth place in the women's competition, which was also captured by the host school.
