Anderson finishes second at U.S. Track and Field Championships

     Kristin Anderson ran to an impressive second place finish at the AT &T United States Track and Field Championships in Indianapolis, Indiana on Saturday night in the 3,000 meter steeplechase (9:57.98). Anderson finished just .4 tenths of a second behind the winner.
     The meet, run at the IU Mike A. Carroll Track and Soccer Stadium, brings the top athletes from across the country in hopes of setting new national and world records.  Anderson’s finish qualified to her to compete oversees for the U. S. national team later this summer.
