Jennies sign LaPorte, Ind. native to volleyball letter

The Central Missouri State University Jennies have signed LaPorte, Ind. native Brittany Warnke to a national letter of intent.

"Brittany is a lefty with huge potential," Jennies head coach Peggy Martin says. "We hope she will develop an outstanding game. She brings a lot of energy and a great attitude to our program."

A first-team all-conference pick this past season for Michigan City High School, Warnke totaled 291 kills (3.00 per game), 60 service aces, 50 assists, 189 digs, 15 block solos, and 39 block assists in 94 games this past season. The 6-foot outside hitter produced a .500 hitting percentage, and ranked among the top five opposite side hitters in Indiana Class 4A in all major categories.
