MIAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll for Volleyball announced
The Jennies volleyball squad had eight players named to the MIAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll this week for their work in the classroom.
Named for CMSU were sophomores Ashlei Jandrey (education major from Mount Pleasant, Iowa), Audrey Jensen (undeclared major from Independence, Mo.), Andrea Robertson (physical education major from Hermann, Mo.), and Amber Yoder (interior design major from Council Bluffs, Iowa). Also earning accolades were juniors Brooke Henry (biology major from Topeka, Kan.) and Katie Tarka (biology major from St. Charles, Mo.) along with seniors Becky Haug (interior design major from Lee’s Summit, Mo.), and Kaci Young (photography major from Littleton, Colo.).
To be named to the MIAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll teams, student-athletes must have a cumulative grade-point average of 3.00 or better at the qualifying institution; must have at least two terms of attendance at the member school, excluding summer sessions; must be a sophomore, junior, or senior in athletic eligibility; and may not be inactive due to redshirt or hardship qualification.
