Warrensburg, Mo. (Feb. 2, 2000) - Central Missouri State University volleyball coach Peggy Martin has announced the signing of her first two recruits to letters-of-intent for next season. Joining the highly successful Jennies' program are 6' 2" middle hitter Trudy Carter from Santa Fe Trail High School in Carbondale, Kan., and 6' 1" middle hitter Kristen Fricke from Lee's Summit (Mo.) High School.

The Jennies were 27-8 last season, won their 18th straight Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association championship and made their 17th straight appearance in the NCAA Division II tournament.
