2008 Junior Mule Camp

DATES: (Tuesday - Thursday, June 17th-19th)

CAMP TIMES: (8 a.m. - 12 p.m. each day) Check-in begins at 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday, June 17th

COST: ($80 per camper) Team Discount - $70 per camper with 6 or more players from the same team

AGES: 7-12

Location: Crane Stadium/Tompkins Field, one block west of the Multipurpose Building on the campus of the University of Central Missouri, in Warrensburg, Missouri.

Features

Have fun while learning the game of baseball. Basic instruction for beginners to more advanced instruction for older players. Every camper will receive instruction and play in a game each day. The well-organized sessions will allow both individual and group instruction in all phases of baseball: hitting, pitching, catching, infield play, outfield play, baserunning and team defensive concepts. Campers will be divided into teams based on age and ability level.

Equipment

All equipment should be marked with player's name and phone number. Each camper is responsible for bringing their own equipment- catchers should bring their own gear. BRING A SWIMSUIT ON FRIDAY FOR SLIDING PRACTICE.

Camp Staff

The camps will be led by the Mules baseball coaching staff and players.

Safety and Insurance

Experienced trainers are available at all times. Each camper is covered by health and accident insurance during camp hours. Insurance coverage is secondary to primary insurance.
