Mules set for MIAA Tournament
MIAA Post-Season Tournament at Community American Ballpark
The Central Missouri Mules baseball squad will be the No. 2 seed and face third-seeded Missouri Western at noon this Friday in the MIAA Tournament at Community America Ballpark in Kansas City, Kan.
The Mules (38-14, 28-8 MIAA) games will be broadcast on 98.5 The BAR and online at www.warrensburgradio.com with Shawn Jones and Bob Jackson on the call.
Missouri Western comes in at 25-22 overall and 22-14 in conference play. Central Missouri took 3-of-4 in the regular season series at Crane Stadium/Tompkins Field.
The winner of the Mules-Griffons game will face the winner of top-seeded Emporia State (46-7, 32-4 MIAA) and fourth place Fort Hays State (27-28, 21-15 MIAA) at 3:30 p.m. the next day, while the losers of each game will play at 11:00 a.m. in an elimination tilt on Saturday.

Tournament passes cost $25 and are good for every session of the weekend. Daily passes are $10 for adults and $5 for students/youth. Children under the age of 6 will be admitted free.
