Coach Myers Says: Eric had a solid fall. He was coming off a great summer and we saw a lot of improvement in his game calling and leadership. He has great physical strength and should be able to hit for a high average. He should get valuable experience this spring.
As a Freshman: Saw action in 15 games, starting six at catcher.
In High School: Lettered four years for head coach Jeff Diekman... a four-time all-conference pick, three-time all-district selection, and a two-time all metro player, he helped his squad to a couple conference titles and a district championship... He was also selected to the Junior SunBelt All-Star Team... He also earned all-conference honors on the football field, lettering two times.
