Coach Myers Says: Mitch is a very mature pitcher. He can throw three pitches for strikes and work both sides of the plate. He should be ready to go for the spring and we look for him to be a very valuable part of our staff.
Before UCM: A first-team all-conference selection for head coach Kyle Crookes at Hutch in 2008... As a sophomore, he posted a 9-1 record with a 3.01 ERA with 57 K’s, while tossing a no-hitter and four complete games... Attended Union High School in Tulsa, lettering four seasons and helping his squad to the 2005 and 2006 Oklahoma class 6A State Championships... Head coach was Shawn Newkirk.
