Coach Myers Says: Tom spent all fall with the football team. He was a huge part of our bullpen last year and should see time out of there this year. He is really effective against left handed hitters which will be an important part of our bullpen.
As a Freshman: One of the Mules top middle relievers during the year... Made 23 appearances with a 3-1 record... Grabbed his first career win against East Central (Feb 11) and got another against Missouri Southern (May 4)... He also got the win in the NCAA Central Region Championship game against Nebraska-Omaha (May 18)... Had game highs of 4.1 innings and six K’s.
In High School: A three-time first-team all-conference pick and two time all-metro selection, he also earned first-team all-state for head coach Jim Schottmueller... he was named the conference player of the year as well, winning the conference championship twice and district title once... also plays for the Mules football team as a punter, earning all-state, all-conference, and all-metro in high school.
Personal: Biology major ... born August 1, 1988 ... son of Bob and Kathy Latimore.
