At Oklahoma State: Played in 11 games as a junior, snagging three
catches for 37 yards.

At Butler County: Parks transferred to Oklahoma State from Butler
Country Community College and went through spring drills with the
Cowboys. At Butler County last season, Parks had 28 receptions for 820
yards and scored eight touchdowns. He averaged 29.3 yards per
reception and had 32 punt returns for 490 yards, an average of 14.8
yards per return. For his Butler County career, he had 71 receptions. He
was named first-team All-Jayhawk Conference as both a receiver and
return specialist. Parks also excelled in the classroom as he was named
an Academic All-American as a sophomore at Butler County.

In high school: Parks was regarded as one of the top receivers in the
country coming out of Olathe East High School. As a junior, he was
first-team all-metro and first-team All-State. He followed with an even
better senior season and was again named All-State as both a wide
receiver and a kick returner. He played in the Missouri-Kansas All-Star
Game and in the Kansas Shrine Bowl. He was also named all-conference
in basketball as a high school senior.

Personal: Criminal justice major... born Oct. 12, 1985... son of Gerald
and Mary Parks. His younger brother Adam also plays for the Mules.
