Coach Fritz on Jeremy Braden: “Had an improved year in 2006. He
can run, block and receive out of the backfield. He is also a strong
contributor in the kicking game. He will compete for the starting
tailback position.”

As a junior: The team’s leading returning rusher, he was the only
running back to play all 11 games... He had a career-high 90 carries for
499 yards and four touchdowns... was named the offensive MVP for his
game against No. 2 Northwest Missouri.

As a sophomore: Saw action in eight games, grabbing 141 yards on 25
carries... Had 82 yards and scored two touchdowns against Lincoln.
In high School: Head Coach: Chuck Litteras - He originally came to
UCM in the fall of 2002 and redshirted that year ... he then left the
program for two years but stayed in school ... he lettered in football at
Fort Osage H.S. and is the all-time leading rusher in school history.

Personal: born September 6, 1983 ... son of Darren and Rhonda
Braden.
