As a freshman: Saw action in five games for the Mules, scoring his first
two career touchdowns in a rout over Lincoln in the season opener... his
second TD was from 25 yards out.
In high school: Head Coach: John McCall - Named honorable mention
all-state by the Wichita Eagle, he was a Kansas City Star All-Metro
selection ... added first-team accolades on the All-Sun Football Team,
the All-Sunflower League squad, and the All-Olathe team ... he played
for the Kansas All-Stars in the Metro All-Star Game.
