Mules sign Jared King for 08-09
The University of Central Missouri golf squad announced that Jared King has signed to play with the Mules in the 2008-09 season. He inked in the early period for UCM head coach Tim Poe’s squad.
Jared King - Lawson High School (Lawson, Mo.)
King is the 2005 Missouri State Champion, tied with current Mule sophomore standout Justin Yoder. He has also earned all-state honors in 2006 and 2007 while winning the district title three times. King is a three-time pick to the All-Kansas City Metro Team and finished as the top ranked player in KCGA performance points (Champions division) two times as well. He has qualified for the PGA Westfield Championship two times as well. He has several top five finishes in state wide events and has medaled in numerous high school and junior events. He is the son of Del Ray and Debbie King. His mother also played basketball for the Jennies.
