Mules 14th at NCAA-II Championships

The University of Central Missouri Mules golf squad finished 14th at the NCAA Division II National Championships on Friday, carding a four-round total of +86 at Loomis Trails Golf Club.
The Mules struggled throughout the week, carding 310, 303, 303, and 306 scores. The course proved a tough task for every team though, as the winning score was +43.
Central Missouri was led by first-team All-American Justin Yoder, who finished ninth overall with a four-round score of 293 (+9). Matt Miller tied for 33rd at 300 (+16).
UCM was the only MIAA team that qualified for the event, and it was the sixth time in school history that it has qualified for the championships (1980, 1981, 1994, 1995, 2002), and the fourth time under Head Coach Tim Poe.
