Before UCM: Attended Drury University as a true freshman in 2008-09, playing for head coach Steve Hesser… Averaged 9.9 points and 2.8 rebounds per game while hitting 47 percent from the field… He played in 22 games, starting 19 of them with career highs of 22 points and nine boards… attended Kickapoo High School, playing for head coach Roy Green… Helped his squad to the Class 5A state title in 2006, earning first-team all-district, all-conference, and all-state… Also a finalist for Mr. Show-Me Basketball, and a McDonald’s All-America nominee… Averaged 18 points and eight rebounds per game and finished his career eighth all-time with 1,168 points.
