Before UCM: Played as a sophomore at Kaskaskia Junior College (NJCAA-I) for head coach Brian Hancock... Earned all-region and all-conference accolades after averaging 14.5 points per game... also hit 80 percent from the free throw line, and 41 percent from three-point land (63-153)... As a freshman he attended Elgin Community College, an NJCAA-II member, and ranked fifth in the nation with 23 points per game... He also ranked among the top 20 in free throws with 85 percent and was a first-team all-conference pick, an all-region selection, and earned honorable mention All-American honors... Attended Dundee Crown High School, playing for head coach Lance Huber... was a first-team all-conference and all-area pick, there, winning a regional title in 2004, and a conference championship in 2006... A member of the 1,000 point club, he is the second leading scorer in school history, and the all-time leader in three-pointers made.
