Coach Theobald on Melanie Hall: “Had a great spring season which will hopefully translate into an even better fall. She has all the athletic attributes needed to be successful. She has the ability to score more goals this season than she has in the past.”
As a Sophomore: Played in all 21 games, starting 13...tied for team lead with six goals...also had one assist for 13 points...earned honorable mention All-MIAA accolades for her performance.
As a Freshman: Played in every match, starting 17... was a second-team All-MIAA selection and ranked second on the squad with eight goals and 21 points... also had five assists on the season... had two-goal games against Winona State on Sept. 8 and Missouri Western on Sept. 29... also ranked second on the team with 51 shots.
In High School: Hall was a four year letter winner for coach Brian Henysel at Washburn Rural…earned All-City first-team, All-Centennial League first-team, all-state class 6A first-team honors as a junior…as a senior earned her second consecutive selection to the All-Centennial League and all-region and named second-team all-state…ended her career with four school soccer records including the leading scorer in Washburn Rural history
