Coach Theobald on Kayla Jupp: “Kayla is a fantastic finisher. I hope that by getting her into her natural position she will contribute a lot more.”

As a Junior: Played in 20 games, scoring one goal and assisting on two ... recorded 13 shots, seven of which were on net ... qualified for the MIAA academic award.

As a Sophomore: Scored three goals with one assist in 15 games...missed some time due to injury...named to MIAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll for her work in the classroom.

As a Freshman: Played all 20 games and recorded four starts at forward... scored her first collegiate goal in the second game of the year against MSU-Mankato on Aug. 27... tallied two goals against Emporia State on Oct. 20 in a 5-0 win... had 19 shots on the season as well.

In High School: Three year letter winner for Marquette High School after transferring from Stow Munroe Falls High School in Ohio where she lettered as a freshman … Jupp was named first-team All-Conference three consecutive years and was a two time honorable mention selection to the St. Louis All-Metro squad … ended her career as the second leading scorer in Marquette history … also competed in track and swimming as a freshman.

Personal: Dietetics and Nutrition major … born September 7, 1988 … daughter of David and Erin Jupp.
