As a Sophomore: Played in 21 games for a total of 1889:39 minutes in net ... allowed only 13 goals and made 68 saves... posted a 15-3-2 record ... tied a school record with 12 shutouts ... had a game high seven saves against Truman State on November 1 ...ranked No. 17 in the country with a 0.62 goals-against average ... holds the single-season record for most wins, 15, goals against average, 0.62 and most shutouts, 12 ... named MIAA Defensive Player of the Week five times ... All-MIAA First Team goalkeeper ... recognized to the conferences academic team for work in classroom.
As a Freshman: Saw action in two games...did not allow a goal in 41 minutes of action.
In 2006: Redshirted due to a preseason injury.
In High School: She lettered four years for CorJesu Academy and helped them win a district championship her freshman year … earned all conference honors three times second team as a sophomore and honorable mention in her junior and senior seasons … Bamvakais is also a member of the St. Louis Soccer Club 2006 Missouri State Cup championship team … she also lettered one year in softball.
Personal: Criminal Justice major … born May 23, 1988 … daughter of Michael and Elizabeth Bamvakais.
