Coach Anderson on Lindsey Wagaman: “Lindsey had a good freshman year and I’m hoping she can build off of it. We need her to continue to strengthen her back so she can throw more innings and still be effective.”
As a Freshman: Appeared in 23 games with 21 starts ... 11-7 record with a 3.07 ERA ... had 60 strikeouts in 93.1 innings.
In High School: Played for her summer coach Pat O’Donnell. She did not play softball in high school. She earned four letters in volleyball and was named all-conference and all-academic.
Personal: Wagaman is majoring in accounting. Wagaman’s sister Dani runs track and cross country for the Jennies. Is the daughter of Jerry Wagaman. She was born August 10, 1987.
