UCM has Eight Provisionals and One Automatic Mark at PSU Triangular
The UCM indoor track and field squad picked up eight provisional qualifying marks and one automatic qualifying mark in outdoor track and field at the Pittsburg State Triangular on Saturday.
Drew Frizzell led the way for UCM with an automatic qualifying mark in the hammer (199-10) to win the event. Frizzell also took second in the discus (170-11) to earn a provisional mark. Three other Mules provisionally qualified with Eric Moore picking up first in the long jump (24-07), Jaban Moore finishing second in the shot put (53-03) and Brett Cavanah taking third in the discus (163-06).
Lindsay Lettow picked up two provisional marks to lead the way for the Jennies. She took second in both the high jump (5-06) and long jump (18-09.75). Jenna Schmidt took first in the high jump (5-07.25) to earn a provisional mark and Brittanie Roldan captured the triple jump (39-09.25) to get a provisional mark.
