Honors at UCM:

In 2008: Earned two All-American honors by taking fifth in the indoor weight throw (62-04.50) at the NCAA indoors and taking eighth in shot (54-08) at the NCAA outdoors...All-MIAA in the shot (54-08) by taking third, and weight throw (59-08.25) by taking second at the MIAA Indoor Championships...Also earned outdoor all-MIAA in the shot (54-01) by taking second and placing fifth in the hammer (185-07).

In high school: Frizzell was four time letterwinner at Chillicothe. He helped his team to three conference and district championships. Frizzell was a two-time state champ in the shot put and he won a state title in the discus. He holds the school record in the shot (60-3) and the discus (184-5). Frizzell also lettered in football for three years.

Personal: Criminal Justice major...born June 7, 1987...son of Lisa and the late David Frizzell.
