Honors at UCM:

In 2007: In the indoor meet he was a member of mile relay team that won the conference title and grabbed sixth in the 400 meter dash...in the outdoor meet was a member of the conference champion 400-meter and 1600-meter relay teams...Was part of the mile relay team that took second at the NCAA Outdoor Championships.

In 2006: Was a member of the 4x400 Outdoor relay team that took sixth in the NCAA-II Championships and first at the MIAA Championships... also took sixth in the 400 meter dash at the 2006 MIAA Outdoor meet... in the indoor meet, he was a member of the mile relay team that grabbed the conference title and took fifth in the nation.

In 2005: Won the 400 meter dash at the 2005 MIAA Indoor Championships (49.76).

In High School: Earned all-district and all-state honors as a sophomore, junior, and senior in the relays ... as a junior and senior he helped his Jefferson City High team to state titles 4x400-meter relay ... as a senior he also was all-state in the 200-meter dash.

Personal: Computer Information Systems major ... born September 30, 1986 ... son of Tim and Diane Abney.
