Jennies season ends in semi-final of the
NCAA-II South-Central Regional

The University of Central Missouri was knocked out of the NCAA tournament in the regional semi-final with a 3-0 loss to Washburn (26-30, 23-30, 23-30). It marked the first time since 2001 the Jennies have not advanced to the South-Central Regional Finals.
The Jennies were led by Amber Yoder with 13 kills in the match. Brooke Butler and Jillian Ohrman each had nine kills. Caitlin Pankratz registered 27 assists, while Audrey Jensen picked up 11 digs for the Jens.
The sixth-seeded Jennies had 24 errors, while second-seeded Washburn only committed 15. The Lady Blues hit .310 on the night, while the Jens hit .144. The match saw 16 ties and five lead changes.
Central Missouri, ranked 8th in the latest national poll, finished at 31-7 on the year.
