Jennies ousted at the
NCAA-II South Central Regional
Jennies saw their season come to an end Friday evening with a 3-0 setback to Washburn in the semi-final round of the NCAA-II South-Central Regional in Kirksville, Missouri. The loss marks the first time in six years that the Jennies failed to make it to the regional championship match. Amber Yoder was the only UCM players to record double digits in kills with 13, and the Jennies struggled in the match with 24 errors. The Jennies, who were making an all-time record 25th consecutive appearance in the NCAA-II championships, finish the 2007 season with a 31-7 record. Jennies Recap »

Jillian Ohrman and Audrey Jensen are First-Team All-MIAA selections for 2007
Jennies had six players receive All-Conference recognition in voting by the MIAA coaches. Jillian Orhman was named to the First-Team for the second consecutive season, and was joined by teammate Audrey Jensen as a First-Team pick selection. Amber Yoder was selected for the second-team, and honorable mention went to Rachel Fister, Andrea Robertson, and Jacquelyn Williams. More Info »
