In High School: Lettered all four years for head coach Melanie Buchanan at Indianola High School... A second-team all-state and member of the Des Moines Register Elite Team, she also earned first team all-conference, all-district, and all-area.... She was named her team’s MVP and served as the team’s captain. as well... An academic all-conference pick, she also participated in the Iowa All-Star Senior Classic... A multi-sport athlete, she also lettered in tennis two times, track once, and played softball... She also competed as a bowler, winning the district and regional titles.
