In High School: A first-team all-conference selection for head coach Tonya Cox-Peck, Gavin logged three letters at Fair Grove High School... earned second-team all-district as well and led the team with 235 digs as a senior... helped her squad to a couple conference and district titles as well as a state quarterfinal appearance... also played basketball and softball, earning honorable mention all-conference and leading the hoops squad in assists two years and steals once... also helped them to a conference title and three district championships... enrolled at NEO A&M out of high school.
