As a Freshman: Finished with a mark of 7-9 overall, 2-3 in dual meets...he earned the Mules “Mat Rat” award for his dedication and hard work...held an 18-4 advantage over his opponents in escapes.
In High School: Lettered four years for wrestling power Park Hill High School...helped team to a state title in 2002-03 and third-place finish in 2003-04...was a state qualifier as a senior.
