Last season: Finished the year 1-5 while wrestling unattached.
As a Sophomore: Went 8-12, 0-2 in duals...had one fall.
At Meramec: Lettered and was a national qualifier in his only season for head coach Ron Mirikitani.
In High School: He lettered all four years for head coach Flint Swerdfeger at Deer Valley High School… he also placed twice in state and helped his team to three consecutive regional titles… lettered in football and baseball two years as well.
Personal: Majoring in secondary education…born November 13, 1986…son of Paul and Mary Whitson…his father was also an athlete at UCM.
