Welcome
The Office of Budget and Planning is located in the Administration Building, Suite 213. Our hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. The Budget Office has four primary functions: 1) We coordinate the development and implementation of the university's internal operating budget; 2) we prepare the annual appropriations request that is submitted to the State Legislature; 3) we assist administrative officers, faculty, and staff to accomplish their management functions that pertain to financial planning and budgeting; and 4) we coordinate budget policies and procedures in the framework of the university's financial administration.

Mission
Our mission is to facilitate the development and implementation of UCM's annual operating budget and to provide information for the University's internal planning and budgeting processes and external reporting requirements.
