A current transcript
A letter of nomination/recommendation from the department
This application form completed by the department
Nomination deadline: Monday, Feb. 11, 2013 by 5:00 pm.
Submit the completed nomination electronically to the Dean's Office

**Departments may select a candidate in the manner of their own choosing based on the following criteria:
a. A major in the department
b. Completion of a minimum of 90 credit hours
c. Achievement of a minimum grade point average of 3.5
d. Demonstration of outstanding scholarship
**Combined departments (e.g. English and Philosophy) may submit two nominations, one for each discipline.
There will be one award given within the college.
