Please join us for an event like none other we have ever hosted. Tour the historic Missouri State Penitentiary, including the oldest housing unit from 1868, underground dungeons, cell blocks and gas chamber; hear the stories of notorious inmates; and then journey two blocks away for a pizza buffet at a unique brewpub. Thursday, Oct. 25, 2012 Prison Tour: 5 to 7 p.m., Missouri State Penitentiary Dinner: 7 to 9 p.m. Prison Brews Brewpub, 305 Ash St., Jefferson City, Mo., 65101 The cost is $12 per person for the prison tour and $10 per person for dinner. The prison entrance is at the corner of State and Lafayette; parking is along the street. The tour is not suitable for wheelchairs, crutches or walkers, and no one under age 10 is permitted.
