Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act
In compliance with the requirements of the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, the department of public safety publishes an annual Security and Fire Safety Report to notify members of the campus community and other interested parties of incidents of crime and emergency situations on UCM property, on public property adjacent to the university or at sites owned or leased by the university.
The report includes crime statistics for the past three years, crime prevention programs, fire statistics, a listing of safety tips, alcohol and drug policies, sexual assault education prevention programs, emergency response, and resources that are available to the campus community in emergencies.
