Mrs. Deborah Galley, Instructor, Director of Clinical Services
Deborah Galley joined the Department of Communication Disorders as a Clinical Instructor in 1997. She received her B.S. degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology from North Dakota State University then continued on at Idaho State University to complete her M.S. degree in Audiology. Prior to joining the Central Faculty, she worked as an educational audiologist, as a hearing aid manufacturer representative and in private practice, dispensing hearing instruments. She currently serves as the Director of Clinical Services at the Welch Schmidt Center for Communication Disorders and is in charge of hearing aid dispensing and servicing within the Center. In addition to her teaching responsibilities, Ms. Galley serves on the Advisory Commission for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology to the Board of Healing Arts in the State of Missouri.
Mrs. Galley particularly enjoys working with the geriatric population. When she is not busy at Central she tries to find time to enjoy outdoor activities and read.
