Stress Balance--Staying on the Healthy Side
Our employee assistance program New Directions continues to make available training sessions here on campus. On May 14, 2013 from 2-3 pm we will introduce Stress Balance - Staying on the Healthy Side.
A tremendous amount of research has demonstrated how stress negatively affect people's health. The rewards are always great when stress is reduced. This program helps employees recognize symptoms and learn strategies to minimize its disruptive impact.
