Time Sheets Due
Time sheets for the November 16-30, 2012 pay period will be due Tuesday, 12-4-12 by 11:59 PM. Supervisors have until 8:59 AM Wednesday morning to finalize last minute submissions.
- Non-exempt, benefit eligible employees remember to include your Thanksgiving holiday hours (HOL) for the period.
- Only two payrolls left in 2012. Deadlines for the holiday season may be expedited. The Payroll Office will not be able to accomodate exceptions, so adhere to the deadlines as listed below.
- Please remind your student employees to enter and submit their time sheets before they leave for the holidays.
YEAR END DEADLINES:
Pay Period = 11/16-30/12, Pay day = 12-14-12, Due Tuesday, 12-4-12 by 11:59 PM
Pay Period = 12/1-15/12, Pay day = 12-31-12, Due Monday, 12-17-12 by 11:59 PM (1 day only)
