New BCBS Insurance Cards

Due to the 2013 change in co-pay amounts for specialists, urgent care, and emergency room visits, BCBS of Kansas City sent every subscriber new insurance cards. The cards were mailed out December 19, 2012 so they should arrived by January 1, 2013. If you do not receive your new insurance card(s) by mid-January, please contact Joyce Lawson in Human Resources.
