L. Douglas Wilder to Speak at MLK Scholarship Dinner

The first elected African American governor in U.S. history will be the featured speaker at the Freedom Scholarship Dinner Jan. 22. The event is the highlight of the 2013 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration.
