New BCBS Health Insurance Cards

Due to the 2013 change in co-pay amounts for specialists, urgent care, and emergency room visits, BCBS of Kansas City will be sending every subscriber new insurance cards. The mailing is scheduled for December 19th so they should arrive in time for the change on January 1, 2013. If you do not receive a new insurance card(s) by mid-January, please contact Joyce Lawson in Human Resources.
