Free Personal Training
Again this semester the Fitness Programming Class is offering personal training for UCM faculty and staff that want to participate. To qualify to be one of the "chosen few" simply e-mail email@example.com with a simple brief statement of why you should be chosen for this. Participants must be willing to exercise under the direction of students 3 times per week for 10 weeks of the Spring semester. Mutually agreeable appointments to exercise will be set after meeting with the trainers.
