Summer Hours Gentle Yoga
M/W 4:45-5:45 in the Student Wellness Center taught by Barb Rhodes, certified yoga instructor. A beginning class designed for those who doubt their ability to "do" yoga because of age, inflexibility, weight or other issues. Our focus is on breathing and proper alignment in the yoga poses. We move slowly and deliberately as we accommodate different skill levels and use various props to assist movement. For those with joint problems/replacements, it is important that you talk with your doctor about limitations and that you honor those limitations. THE COST IS $3 PER SESSION.
