Learning to a Greater Degree Award to be Announced
Recipients of the Learning to a Greater Degree Award will be presented with their awards and will be formally recognized by President Ambrose at the Board of Governors meeting tomorrow, Nov. 16. The meeting is scheduled to take place at 8:30 a.m. in Union 237B. The campus community is invited to attend the meeting. Following the recognition, the names of the recipients will be added to a plaque to be displayed in the lobby of the Administration Building.
UCM recently established the award to recognize one faculty or staff member and one student each semester for their efforts to support UCM's identity by exemplifying one or more of the reasons to believe:
- Engaged learning
- Future-focused academics
- Worldly perspective
- Culture of service
